6009 is finally finished and tested. It is as detailed on the exterior as best I can do with available details. The body and trucks were purchased from RR Supply and features RR Supply's new SD35 body casting which is highly detailed. John Sweeney built the frame, pilots, drive train & installed the electronics provided by Laura Walter. The locomotive is radio controlled and hand held throttle features telemetry letting the operator know everything that is happening in the locomotive while operating. Speed-o-meter, amp gauge, battery supply, locomotive parking brake air pressure, sound control, bell, horn & high & low beam headlights are built into the hand held controller.
