: Paul was born on April 15, 1929 in Austin, Texas to the late Paul E. Torn, Sr. and Agnes (Jacobson) Torn. Paul was a veteran having served with the United States Marine Corp. He was a dedicated hard working machinist, tool maker and in his early years a welder. Paul was a caring, loving and truly devoted husband, father, grandfather and friend to so many. He will be forever remembered for passion of faith, family and hard work. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. | |||
: He is survived by his loving wife of 71 years Meta Torn; daughter, Barbara Newlin; two sons, Paul E. Torn, III. and Danny Torn; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren as well as many extended family members and close friends. | |||
