An effort to develop a set of IBLS Wheel Standards was undertaken by Eastern Secretary Brenton Barnfather of PVLS, Austin Barr of the MSLS, Jack Kerr in Canada, Robert Brinkman of the NMRA, Douglas Alkire of LALS, and Kenneth Shattock.
