Dick Boucher purchased the assets of Yankee Shop from Joe Friend. He later sold Yankee Shop to John Kurdzionak.

- My friend Dick Boucher owns what remains of Friend's Yankee Models' patterns, plans and castings. He kept it going for a while but it was labour intensive and costly, foundries wanted match plates and big pours. Live steamers are notoriously cheap... all the usual problems that plague suppliers.
